Shipping policy

Production and delivery

We make our lamps to order and dispatch them within 3 days of your order. Transit time starts after dispatch.

• Sweden: normally 2–3 business days in transit.
• Other EU destinations: an estimated 3–7 business days in transit, depending on destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier delays may occur.

Shipping and tracking

We use tracked shipping with Bring, normally to a collection point. Available countries, delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. You will receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

For delivery within Sweden, shipping costs SEK 79 and is free for orders of SEK 998 or more. For other countries, the shipping charge shown at checkout applies.
